Justiciar's Scimitar still bugged in Honor Mode

Not sure for how long it has been like this, but the wiki is correct when it says the Shadow-Blinding passive doesn't function in Honor Mode. Just tested it and there isn't even a save done in my playthrough when attacking with advantage.

Not really sure what weird programming logic causes this, but it's pretty annoying for what I had planned for my build. Oh well.
