Multiplayer NOT WORKING

I first noticed this 4 days ago and have been unable to play multiplayer since

I have ZERO mods installed and have tried many many "fixes" but none of them are working. I can play single player perfectly fine with zero issues, lag, or crashes. But I can not even join a multiplayer lobby. I can create one and play on it but as soon as anyone joins I crash. I don't get an error It just tells me to file a crash report on the launcher which I have done every time.

I seem to have found myself in a very unique situation and am very frustrated. I have tried updating my driver, restarting my computer and game, verifying my game files, changing the game settings multiple times, direct connecting, and making sure my friend is on the same exact version with ZERO mods.

I am starting to think this is a internet issue but the rest of my family is able to play bg3 online just fine and I can play other games online just fine as well. Please help me.

But you can play single player? So what are your PC specs? It sounds as if your PC is blocked, but if other games work online, then it would have to be a specific block on your router that only applies to BG3 on your particular IP address.

I would start with an absolutely clean install... follow this guide. and than see what happens.
