Do you have free space? (100 GB) If yes share a DxDiag report.
That is file of DxDiag.
Mhm.
Most of your stuff looks good. Nothing which obviously is causing an issue.
You only have sometimes memory leak, which can be fixed when you use this permanently while playing games.

And there is some Windows file error, but it is unrelated to your saving game issue. You can use these commands when you do computer maintenance
That will check your Windows thoroughly
Please try
- first use this
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3018203217
that will clear up all leftover files from previous game version and make sure the game is completely okay
- running the game as administrator and skipping the launcher

(method C)
- whitelist the game in your PC security software as it might be a permission issue
- start a new campaign and try saving the new campaign
if that works then switch back to your normal savegame and try using saving and quick save and check if that all works.
If the issue persists there is one last thing which can be tried. But first check if the steps above suffice. Good luck!
