Druid Shapeshifting doesnt really shapeshift into the animal

I was going to play mp with some mods and one of my friends saw a bug that druids cant shapeshift. We got every mod out and the bug is still present in the game. Anyone knows any fix or knows if this happens to you too in vanilla?

Yeah, I have a similar bug rn. Any time I try to wildshape, I only have the base options you get from level 2. No moon druid polar bear, nothing from later levels. The options that do remain also seem to have some animation lag. Tested both with or without mods and even tried fixing it with a full reinstall. Nothing helped, so it's safe to say that it's probably a bug with patch 7 itself, and it's just a matter of waiting for a hotfix or a mod-based fix.
