Failed to Load the main menu

I getting a failure to load main menu from current game mod ModBrower. The main menu in that mod requires the level .

I have accessed the main menu prior with patch 7. After identifying the specific mods preventing my save from loading, I did attempt to add those mods to patch 7 version of the game. Then these mods errors first starting appearing, so I removed all mods and the error remains. (even did a swap back to patch 6 then back to patch 7)

Sent in a bug report. But wondered, what others have tried. I have not tried uninstall and reinstall. I did used file verification.
