Having trouble with overlays and dice roll is invisible

Since the last update I have trouble with overlays and dice-rolls.
I play with no mods, DirectX11, non-borderless, without tutorial hints.
This problem means, I am unable to roll a dice. As my clicks do not start the roll. The dice area is 100% black, just the number 20 visible. I am unable to change the dice layout.
As soon as I want to return to the main screen, I get an overlay with a frame to enter a text and a "yes" "no" layer, a check box and in the background another layer which is barely visible.
Anyone experience the same trouble and having a solution?

I am having this exact issue as well. I tried playing with and without mods theres no change and it keeps happening.

Edit if you have played with any mods in the past and still have them on your computer delete not uninstall the improvedUI mod that fixed my issue
