Can't Add New Mods Mid-Campaign
So I've run into an issue with patch 7 where if I try to add a new third party mod to an existing campaign, the game disables it without any prompting.

I use bg3mm, and I'm sure to save and export the load order to the game. The third party mods show up in the in game mod manager. I can enable and disable them just fine. And I've found that I can start a new campaign with all mods enabled, even the ones that get disabled on my existing saves.

Has anyone else had this problem and gotten around it? Because it's mental to me that somehow an official mod manager is incapable of incorporating simple mods mid-game. Never had anything close to this issue in the previous patches with third party managers, and it's incredibly frustrating.
