"Factory Reset" for BG3?

I'm asking a bit of an odd question, but is there a way to sort of "Factory Reset" Baldur's Gate 3 to be how you would get it upon first purchase? I used to play with mods, but then Patch 7 came out and that messed up EVERYTHING with my game. I'm wondering if there is a way to completely reset BG3 so that none of the effects of my mods are caused?

P.S. The problems I'm experiencing include UI elements doubling up, trying to use anything in a menu brings up a box where I can type anything in along with a checkbox (only way to close it is to type something in and hit enter), and some other minor issues.

With mod users forgetting certain mods, only a clean uninstall can serve you a "factory reset" after reinstalling

how did you solve it? was it the full clean?

How did you fix this? I'm having the same problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game like 3 times and nothing is working
