Unable to Start New Game after installing mods with Osiris Script Extender or Mod Fixer

Every time I start a new game with any mods with Osiris or Mod Fixer included, it gives me a message saying, "We were unable to start a new game. This might be because of the mods you have installed. Returning to the main menu now. Please disable external mods and try again". All of my mods are up to date for patch 7, but if it has Osiris or Mod Fixer, it won't let me start the game. Does anyone else have this?

i'm having the same problem. i'm unable to launch the game so i can disable the mods.
