Crashing at level up to 6

I need help trying to figure out what is causing this. I hit level 6, level up my main character, the game goes back to the main game instead of to the next character and the frame rate drops to about 1 for a few seconds then it crashes totally.

Like everyone, I am playing with a lot of mods but only ones through the internal mod manager none from the 3rd party one. However, I do assume it may be one of those.

Any suggestions where I should first look?

Possibly related to this, but I also have to accept the EULA and do all the startup stuff as though it is my first time playing every single time I load up the game.
