Githyanki Astral Knowledge Disappeared

Update: I solved this by removing SpeakwithDeadforAll. That seems to be the culprit, but I cannot be 100% sure. I am leaving this up in case anyone else has the same problem and the same mod. But if you had the problem and find another fix please post it.

Hello: At some point in my play-throughs the Astral Knowledge icon disappeared from my Gith characters, whether Laezel or Tav, on the character sheet as well as on the hotbar This happened once in the past and I solved it by removing certain mods, but then it came back. And I did not reinstall the mods that seemed to create this issue the last time.
Has anyone had this problem and any suggestions on what is causing it or how to fix?

Just to clarify, you know about the spell book? Where you can drag in actions you removed from the hotbar?

Yes during this bug the power is not in the spell book either --- which I mentioned.
But removing certain mods that add character powers seems to cure it. The problem seems to arise with any of the following: Everyone Speaks with Animals, Everyone Speaks with Dead, Smarter Cunning Action.
I have no theory why that is, except maybe somehow those sorts of mods displace the command for activating the Astral Knowledge power.
