Is there a way to enable the Honour Ruleset after the game starts?
I started a custom mode playthrough with friends but I forgot to set the ruleset to honour mode and we're in act 2 already, is there a way we can bypass the current restriction of not changed not in game? Here is a screenshot of the settings: https://imgur.com/9zDPpUU

Officially ? no.
There are mods to enable honour mode mechanics though, in non-Honour mode.

Now you cannot choose the Honor Ruleset outside of Honor Mode, until the new patch in September. They are adding Honor Ruleset as an option in Custom. I don't know for sure that you can choose that after the start, but that would be consistent with Custom Mode.
Also, if you start with Honor Mode and then you get a TPK, if you continue the game continues to use the Honor Ruleset in the same playthrough after that. The game never tells you that explicitly and it took me awhile to figure out. But if you look in custom it says Honor Ruleset and I have confirmed it with the Legendary ACtions specific to Honor.
