(There is a reason why many folks tell others that if you want to mod at least learn the basic rules, like not autoupdating. Because if you take the risk without knowing about it you will have no ways to mitigate them.)
Here are a number of guides:

All credit goes to the creator.
Again with mods. You deleted and removed them to the best of your abilities, but that does not mean they are gone. They may have caused some lingering effects with your game, and even if you reinstall those may persists. Among the guides listed there is a way to completely remove mods. Use it. That way you should return to the vanila game. Also use the advice on how to do a clean install of the game.
Once done you should try to run your game.
As additional advice, you should backup your saves if they still exist in the folder, as it is possible they may be recognized. If i recall well there is also a guide among the ones i listed on how to reclaim lost saves.
As the final advice i can suggest you to contact Larian support, as there is no support from Larian on Steam.(First sticky post.)
(And finally next time you have an issue, try to keep it short, to the point and describe certain things, like GPU,OS, CPU as well.:P)
