Shadowhearts parents dissapeared and others issues

I have many issues with this game. PC game, Version 4.1.1.4905117 No Mods.
1- 2nd Tav is not progressing with Gale's romance and no more camp's cinematics. I wrote to Larian's support weeks ago and still nothing.
2- I did Shadowheart's quest and rescued the parents. They were at my camp till I decided to move to Elfson Tavern (camp-suite) Everybody was there but not them. Why???
3- I killed Orin. Yenna and her cat are still at Camp doing nothing, Is that normal?
4- I did Nightsong's quest in Act 3, after a fight she said she needed some moments alone and then come back to camp, but not. Should I do a full rest? Hmm.. I don't think so.
I am concerned after doing the Shadowheart quest the parents BOOM.. disappeared maybe forever after deciding to save them! All of these, piss me off. Any help or suggestions??
