friend cant join our 70hr game any more

playing honour mode so there are no old saves to revert to, we made it to the finally and stopped playing for the night. When we came back, my friend can't join, it gives him the must wait for the party to have a long rest before you can join. There are no more long rests in the game. Please fix this, we have been waiting three weeks for a fix, hoping it gets fixed each patch. This has crushed us as we were so close to the end and we really don't want to start over, we already had tons of resets early on spending about 50 hrs on the learning curve of low level tactition game play in act 1.

Hey we just ran into this problem. We loaded a brand new game on balance and then when the friend was in we just loaded the one save on honor mode and that worked.

yes, larian got back to me with this solution and it worked, spread the word. they are still working on a proper solution though

Any idea if Larian is still trying to fix this? The same thing happened in our honour mode run and none of us can join except the host at the after party. We tried loading a different game (not honour mode) and then opening our honour mode save but the save gets stuck at 100%. Any further advice? Or do you know who we should contact from larian?

Currently we cant finish the game in tactician mode simply because of the piling bugs. After you encounter with the elder brain, you cant continue if the game decide to freeze, or the GUI is gone unresponsive, or the game drops out your friend. BTW we finished the game few times already, but now I cant image what happened. 10x more bugs came up in the last playtrough :/ and become impossible to finish
