Chamber of courage bug

I just need to complete the Chamber of Courage before Ansur (not my first playthrough) and after I pick up the torch nothing happens.
I tried saving during combat and the game goes forward but the round counter below the map does not count. Even after I killed all the elementals I'm stuck in a limbo where I can only move my characters and after the end of each round I have to save to make a new round start.

I already tried many times to load an older save but everytime there is the same problem.
