Spear of Night Bug

I feel like I've seen other people complain about this. Ever since the hotfix for the Mac, shadowheart can't seem to recognize that she literally has the spear od night equipped...if anyones found any fixes for this let me know because I'm going crazy

Been trying to figure it out myself, I know if I send her to camp and add someone else, it will allow me to continue, but the moment I re-add her back to the party, she wants to find the spear that’s already in her hands lol, spent a few hours trying different things. Nothing works

That is not a bug but a common mod issue.
