The game crashes on startup

I'm desperate. When I'am trying to start the game it crushes. I already did this:
-ran as administrator
-included compatibility
-updated drivers
-checked the integrity of the files
-update DX11 and C++
-ran without launcher
-cleared all cache
-reinstalled the game 6 times on different disks
-used Process Lasso
-ran an .exe file
-ran without steam launcher
-sent logs to developers (They didnt answer, lol)
-launched from a clean computer (without Discord and browsers turned)
-launched by pressing Shift
-launched by pressing Сtrl+alt
-lauched from cmd
I disabled and enabled synchronization with steam. Also i didn't use any mods.

ALL THIS METHODS DIDN'T WORK. I really don't know what to do, do you have any ideas on how to launch this damn game?

It is your third party apps which cause the issue with the game. Show the logs you have sent.
