Would you help me? Set me free bug?

From two days Imy character is saying "Would you help me? set me free" - what's wrong? Is this a bug or should I do something?

Not a bug. Spoiler ==> if your character has moonlantern he or she will hear/see that cry for help. Examine the moonlantern. If you have it equipped it will give you the action/spell of examining it in your hotbar. Examine it with the action/spell and a dialogue will pop up. Then you will have choices. You may want to quicksave prior to doing so.

It wouldn't work on Tav. I put it on Shadowheart. It worked when she equipped it.
