BUG: Can't Fast Travel/Camp and Limited Interactions

My game is in a very buggy state since hotfix 13. I can't use the long rest or camp buttons, or fast travel at all. I can't interact with most things (levers, characters). All combat/class abilities work still, and I can move around. Combat is janky; i can attack creatures outside of combat and the turn based battle doesn't start. I revert back to old saves which were working 100% fine and the same issues arise there. I have mods enabled; Ace must Die (adds dice designs), Infinite Dyes, and "Honour" which showed up in the mod manager when patch 5 came out. If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated.

SOLVED( I think ): Got rid of all mods in bg3 mod manager, made a fresh save (new character). Introduced all the mods back in, and loaded up a save on my main game before the hotfix. Seems to work.

I don't have any mod, all removed except the mod manager, and still have the same problem. First the game couldn't access my save profile, had to restart.

Then this interaction bug come in. Cannot even create new character.

The Mod manager counts too. But also once you have used a mod and data has been changed there is always a chance that the game will not be able to work again until the mod maker updates their work.

Have you tried mod fixer or installing script extender? Either of these should help to regenerate the story, which should fix the issue with not being able to interact with NPCs/companions.

If one of your mods is out of date, this could cause issues as others have mentioned. If I knew what I know now with how delicate this game is to modding, I would have never touched it. Even cosmetic things like Dice, or mods that add extra items seem like they can break story progression especially after patch updates. Several of my companions now no longer have any dialogue options outside of leaving/joining the party, which seems much more difficult to fix/troubleshoot.
