Ladder in Dank Crypt inaccessible in Co-op

Playing in co-op after talking to (W) in the Dank Crypt... attempt to leave by lowering the ladder. It remains unreachable even though it is down.

Same thing happened to my friend last night, I told him to use the waypoint system to get out, but it was weird. He couldn't access it as host, but as a non-host player 2 of us used the ladder no problem.

same. games been out for too long for this stuff to be happening

coop. tried switching characters to my friend. he can bring everyone up. host cant use the ladder......

Got stuck on that too. Quicksave, reload. That should fix it. Did it for me (as a host of a co-op game).

This is a still existing glitch it just happened to me hopefully this next patch fixes it

I don't know if they're still patching this game, but this glitch is still here.
