Karlach completely disappeared in Act 3

I had her as a member and got as far to her objective in Act 3 to confront the main boss. She isn't in her camp tent nor anywhere she ought to be found like in Castle Wyrmrock.
She wasn't nabbed by a certain someone nor locked up by another certain someone either so that rules those two reasons of her disappearance out.

She somehow disappeared in the middle of Act 2 but reappeared at the road before Baldur's Gate before I started Act 3. I wasn't able to ask her to go back to camp again because my team was full and I didn't think that she wouldn't come with me and realized that I can't go back to the Shadow Lands a little too late. Wondering if she shows up again later on since I don't see anything about this online.

Is it a bug oof

Just saw this so I hope that you managed to fix it by reloading back to before Act 3 and adding her to your party

Emailed customer support about it and waited for 2 weeks. All they said was they knew about it and will be fixing it in a later patch. Waited a month for the next patch and Karlach was still gone.

Since going back to an Act 2 save meant dumping 20 hours of Act 3 progress on my first playthrough I had no choice but to carry on. She only reappeared in the epilogue like nothing's happened lmao
