- Even if Gale survived in your playthrough, if you speak to Tara after talking to Gale, she behaves as if he is dead.
- Scratch does not bring you the inert artifact to play fetch with
- Petting the owlbear is bugged (you don't see your MC in the cutscene)
- There's extra lines of dialogue with almost everyone in the PC version (even picking the same options
- As some have mentioned, Happy does not appear in cutscene
It looks like mods containing the "BG3 mod fixer" are blocking the epilogue. And that's a lot, BTW. At one time it was mandatory to prevent weirdness on starting a game. It doesn't seem to be any more, yet many mods have never taken it out of their PAK files.
The good news: if you're on Windows, people say script extender can fix it.
The bad news: if you're on Mac like I am and many in this thread are, it's not an option.
I've never experienced the epilogue. I've just watched it on youtube (bearing in mind I'm watching somebody else's set of outcomes).
BTW - I'm not sure it's "better" if you can get it, but can't progress it past certain points, anyway.
Same here. Cannot finish the epilogue. MacBook Pro M2 Max with Sonoma.
Nope, it's not caused by mods. BTW this thread is about mac.
