Inventory Icons Invisible?

So I took a break from playing, and two patches have come out since I stopped, 4 and 5 respectively, and knowing this I updated all of my mods to their newest, patch 5 supporting versions.
There were a few mods I had to filter out, delete the modsettings file, basically, clean wipe on my mods entirely.
My issue is when I have items in my inventory inside a container, when opening the container the icons are invisible. You can hover over the grid, and it will show you the item information, but the icons are gone. Moving them from a container to just plain in your inventory brings the icons back, but I need my containers for inventory management.

Can someone help me narrow down the cause of this? I've tried disabling all of my mods, mods that would affect inventory items, and nothing I have tried yet has fixed it. Currently I am in the middle of completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but in case that doesn't work, I'd like to see what advice I can get.

Consult the mods authors for mods related issues.

I found the solution to the problem. I had installed a now outdated loose file version of "Better Containers" from Pavlek and forgot I had installed it. So even though I updated all of my PAK files through the BG3MM, the game was still reading and using the old loose files.
