Since Patch 5, all ability and spell icons are invisible

Inventory icons still show up fine, and mousing over the seemingly blank space where an ability should be still shows the relevant tooltip, but the ability icons themselves are invisible everywhere- hotbar, spellbook, reaction menu, etc.

Everyone else who seems to have this issue resolved it by refreshing their mods, but I've only had the game a week and never used a mod. I have tried loading earlier saves and changing resolution and other graphics options, but nothing's worked so far.

Running on Windows 11, GeForce RTX 3080 with up-to-date drivers. Any help appreciated!

I'm having the same issue, but clearing the cache didn't help, so I fear there is only a new install I can do. Or are there any other suggestions for fixing the problem?
