Astarion Act II Romance Scene Not Triggering

Hi all!

I finished the Yurgir quest and killed the orthon, finished the cutscene with Raphael who revealed the secret of Astarion's scars, and got Astarion's approval rating to "exceptional," but the scene of his love confession that isn't the post-Araj scene is not triggering. This is my third time replaying Act II because I encountered this same problem (except I kept triggering Wyll and Gale's romance scenes without getting Astarion afterward), and I keep hearing that the scene I want is not triggering for a lot of people. Is this a new thing/what should I do?
