[BUG] Characters stop moving, teleporting, npc's idle and walking but stuck and not moving...

Today i started to experience a bug. The characters [player/followers] started to stop following me, and i could not change to any of them. And only after some time i would be able to change to another character and they would start following me. The npc's started to stay idle too, walking but not moving. The game would not recognize any input that i used. Like saving the game etc.

Anyone have any kinda of info or insight about this? It started today, i've been playing the game the past days without any problems. I notice that it started after i entered Act 3.

There is a post linking a reddit page with some instructions, using the scrypt extender console. So far it's working really well!
