When I enter the Astral Prism I'm stuck on a floating rock with nowhere to go, help!

I read a few guides that say when I enter there should be some sort of portal circle behind me, but all I see is an arch that I can't interact with. I see a glowing cave with a large ring around it on a rock ahead of me, but I can't get there. I'm pretty sure the game much have glitch and either my character appeared in the wrong place or the portal is just missing. I've tried going back to my conversation with Vlaakith, but nothing changes. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It’s happening to me too! I switched to the Xbox version so I could play better on there since my PC can’t run it the way it needs to, and I’ve have a fine time up until this specific part. I’ve done everything to see if I was the one who glitched it by accident but nothing is working…I’d love a fix!

For Xbox.......Hold the A button to search the area and then it will give prompt to go into the cave.

that fixed it I was like why can I not just walk through it? Holding down a and searching it popped up for me and I was able to press use.

I dunno if OP already solved this, but in the Astral plane, you basically have permanent Jump + Featherfall, so you need to jump off of the rock you spawn on first.

I don't have Xbox to swap to and no matter what I'm doing, I can't figure out how to make a leap to the aera with the large semi-circle portal.
