Act III Game Breaking Glitch (Cannot Re-Enter Wyrm's Crossing)
Via Google search I've been able to see that multiple people have ran into this problem, but I haven't found any solutions in the discussion surrounding it. I'm having a game breaking glitch whenever I try to fast travel or manually return to Wyrm's Crossing, it gives me a message saying that 'a member of your party is not ready to proceed'. I just killed Orin hoping that it would resolve itself and I could go back to kill Gortash, but I'm still being prevented from re-entering Wyrm's Crossing. I've also destroyed the Steel Watch Foundry, and more or less done all the side quests in this area.

I've tried sending all party members back to camp and going by myself, and that doesn't work either. I've tried getting arrested to see if it'll take me back that way via the prison, and no dice on that either. Has anyone ran across this issue before, and have they fixed it and how? Or I guess better question, is Larian aware of this glitch and in the process of patching it?

This is my first run through the game, and I'm going to be incredibly upset if I cannot finish my run this close to the end because of this.

I have a similar issue in that I can't travel to any other area in act 3 without crashing. I'm currently stuck in wryms crossing, unable to finish the game.

Mine is similar, except it gives me no error, just goes to a load screen and brings me to the main menu. No crash, no errors, just boots me.

Is there any fix for this? I'm stuck in the lower city and I can not re-enter Wyrm's Crossing without the game booting me back out to the main menu. Did I messed this up?

send in your issue with your savegame and screenshots here

via email support@larian.com

or

via online form https://larian.com/support/baldur-s-gate-3#modal

only then it gets tracked and investigated by Larian Studios properly :spacehamster:

After one of the updates my game fixed itself when I reloaded to a slightly older save. It seems like the error happens around the Gortash and/or Orin part of Act III, so maybe try to reload and play through up to where you are again if you aren't that far away?
