Name randomly changing after magic mirror (help?)

unsure if this is the right place to post this as this is my first time ever posting in a steam forum lol, but i used the magic mirror on my dark urge character and despite me having named them something different, their name just defaulted back to dark urge after using the magic mirror.

i'm also not sure where i can change their name back in the magic mirror after hotfix #9, so if anyone can aid me on that that would be helpful. thank you!
