Anyone else can’t pick up barrels?

The game won’t bring up the selection panel anymore when I right click on barrels filled with oil/water etc. It’s attack or bust.

Trying to figure out if it’s a bug or if I did something.

No mods!

save and reload, then the pickup command becomes available with a right click.
