Grymforge - "You cannot fast travel from this area"

Whole group can't fast travel or go to camp in Underdark - Grymforge. Radar has this red circle around it.
I tried the usuall solutions found on internet and nothing worked. Downing all members and getting them back up. Disarming all traps, just nothing works.
Loading back works but it's -8 hours of progress.

What's the solution ?
