dxdiag causing game crash?
I'm currently using dx12. After my game crashed, it generates a report that says "generating dxdiag report". Does this mean I have to downgrade dx12 to dx11?
I've been trying tons of methods to solve the game crash (when playing). I have 4070 Ti and update my driver to the latest version (other recommended requirements are all satisfied). I don't have mods. I'm so frustrated that I don't know what I can do. Every 3-5 minutes my game crashes.

DxDiag cannot cause a crash.

But if you want assisstance a DxDiag report is something you should start with alongside details about what issue you are having and what you already tried doing so far to fix it.

So should I just store dxdiag report and send it to devs?

If you want. Sure. I was offering to take a look if you share it, but you can of course send it directly to Larian Support instead

via email support@larian.com

I think the issue might be XMP (need to be auto or disabled) after I search everywhere in the internet. But rn I can't get into bios, it seems that my monitor does not allow me to see bios (black screen).

Also the game still crash after hotfix 8.

Depending on your mainboard if you keep pressing DEL / F2 you should get into the BIOS, no matter how short the start time of your PC is.

I keep pressing DEL/F2 but the screen keeps black, and sometimes shines "no signal" and back to black screen. (repeat)

You keep pressing DEL / F2 repeatedly and still cannot get into your PCs BIOS when you restart your PC?

Also the thing that I found, this might be why I crash.

Yes, it repeats the process of no signal and black screen.

If you are using Nvidia, apply this and the try again getting into the BIOS
