Game not showing for OBS or Wave Link - Mac

I haven't been able to find any answers on Google.

When I'm setting up OBS for stream I'm not able to do an Application or Window Capture for BG3. Nor does it show up for Audio routing on Elgato Wave Link. This was NOT an issue when I was streaming/playing the Early Access version.
This is not an issue with OBS on out Windows computer. (The audio on the Windows is a different software.)

I was wondering if anyone else who is streaming with straight OBS is also having this issue? I feel like there may be something missing with the full release for Mac; because again, this wasn't an issue with the Early Access version.
