Approval stuck to Neutral no matter what

No matter how much a companion's approval is supposed to go up, it stays at neutral. For exemple, I often have Haslin and Jaheara in the same group, with both characters "Approving" actions and talks... but while Haslin is high, Jaheira is stuck to Neutral. It really sucks.
FIX THIS PLEASE! I know I'm not the only one with this matter, other players have reported having the same issues (with other companions, etc.) so please do something!

I am having this same issue but only with Astarion. I know I am making the correct choices because I romanced him in previous play-throughs, but on these new ones he is stuck at neutral no matter what even though I get the notification that he approves.
