The portals in Sorcerous Sundries/Ramazith's Tower stopped working

I wanted to wait to finish the Lorroakan quest so I held off on it, now I'm back to it and the portals to go up the tower aren't working, if I want then to work I have to redo 10 hours worth of gameplay, does someone know a way to get into the tower without the portals?
