Help the hag survivors quest is bugged

So, after i killed the Hag in first act, I randomly found her hideout, saved the child and killed her again. Then I explored the city and found Mayrina at Old Garlows Place. Said her that Hag is dead, she gave me reward. And only after this I randomly found Barren's Coop, which started the quest in my journal. I got the clues, that there were some other hag survivors, who moved from this place to beforementioned another. I went there again, talked to everyone, but it doesn't help: my quest is stuck.

UPD: Never talked to Vanra's mother, nor Captain Grisly, just randomly found Hag's lair. Fought the masks, then destroyed one of the mushrooms.

You need to destroy all the mushrooms for her to be truly dead though and to add to that someone in that group is not who he says he is.

Yeah, I destroyed all of the mushrooms. I meant that I triggered dialog and fight by destruction of the first one. Should have stated this a bit more clearly in the original post, I guess.

Same thing is happening to me, Rattan. I did the same thing you did. Now Ethel is totally dead in her lair. All 3 mushrooms are gone. When I go to Old Garlow's they thank me for saving them. And the 'Rescue Vanya' quest completed as well. But this quest won't close.
