House of Hope disguise bug

Did anyone try to do it after patch 3? Hope's disguise does not work for me for some reason. My party gets it, but the moment any door is opened, everyone attacks with narration "After the disguise is gone, the debtors see you for what you are".

Wonder if it is my game or a general bug.

Yes, a few. But until now usual ways of disguise worked (like spells or masks).
I would be actually happy to know it's mods, not the game itself.

Previously house of hope/it's disguises have been messed up by;
- mods that increase the number of people in the party
- mods that increased the level cap

So I'd properly try disabling all your mods and then loading the game ( if that's possible )

I am running into a similar issue but I have no mods. No one in my party can equip it all and I'm not sure why. When I select equip it just disappears from my inventory. I did the incubus bit and then left HOH to complete several other quests and when I came back I was having this issue. Hopefully it gets resolved.

The problem here is exactly what you wrote - you've left Avernus to do something outside it. After you broke into House of Hope, you should do as much as you can without leaving it, defeating Raphael included.
The logic here is that Hope disguises you as Raphael's debtor (that is, a soul that just cannot leave his den whatever happens). If you can and do, it means you're not one of these, and no disguise can help you anymore.

I don't use mods and I have the disguise and can equipped it but I still get recognized the moment I walk in. It wasn't happening the first time I tried to do this quest but I end up having to go back to do the prison quest first and when I came back to this one it just wouldn't work. Is this going to get fixed anytime soon?

Damn.. same problem.
I have 6 members and a summoned Deva in my party...
And I lost the disguise....

Oh I think I know, maybe. I summoned the Deva AFTER hope talked to me. That might be it?
Or my character race is a celestial.. that might be it too.. will see if I can just kill everyone then ^^

I found the trick... in the dialog log.. I can see the 4 characters that got the disguise....
So I left the other 2 at the portal, and it worked out fine :)
