Bug report: Can't talk to Wyll in Act 3. Quest is to talk to him. (Spoilers)

After choosing to free him from this contract, his personal quest says to talk to Wyll. There's an exclamation point over his head but there's no quest dialogue. Only the option to have him join my party. The exclamation point alone is bothering me like crazy but the fact that I can't continue his quest is making it worse. I've tried reloading and restarting but it doesn't work.

Anybody know of a fix? I want to finish all companion quests before getting the netherstones over the weekend but, this is ruining my plans haha.

I had this issue back before patch 4, and the trigger for this issue was doing the quest related to the dragon, too early. The solution was to simply continue with the main quest until eventually you run into another part of wyll's story. But this bug is supposed to have been fixed in patch 4.
