I am a little surprised that you got anything at all from a company which looks so shady sketchy from their website. Not only does it seem overpriced, but also the setup... ugh... Personally I recommend a refund if you could.
Based on what you wrote there are so many possible causes for issues, your Windows setup seems to need a total overhaul, settingswise.
What security app are you using?
I have Norton.
Yes, it is that bad as pretty much all components can be gotten cheaper AND better quality. That aside, it is already bad if with some PC components the compatibility is not given.
Imagine it like this:
a PC has certain things they always have
- mainboard
- storage drive
- RAM
- CPU
- GPU
- PSU
among other things
But you cannot just throw them together, and it is not just about "does it fit in slot?" or "can my mainboard run this?". Some brands simply do not work good together and are constantly causing issues when installed together. So you can have high numbers here and there, but no way to make use of those high numbers but it gets bottlenecked.
If self-built you probably paid around 400-500 EUD too much. Even for something pre-built the price seems at least 350 EUD off. There are far too many things with your PC setup and especially Windows setup which do not seem right, and I am not sure where to start.

- integrity verification
- library repair
- cache cleaning
- launching the game bypassing the launcher, ideally method C / launching with the executable
The rest... It takes lots of time to setup Windows properly for gaming. Thankfully you usually just do it once. You can think about it after checking what you want to do in the future with your PC. If you were an advanced Windows user I would recommend throwing the preinstalled Windows over board and go with a new installation. Casual users might not be used to that, but a Windows 11 Pro license from a legit and trusted seller you can get for around 20 EUD. That is where vendors do most of the crash grabbing when they sell a prebuilt PC with preinstalled OS, if you compare the sticker price in Microsoft store.
Side note: when I did the system reset, all the rgb lights on the desktop stopped working. Have no idea why. DXDiag also had some issues with Direct3D crashing, and Task Manager crashes when closing it. My knowledge on computers is minimal, so I have no idea what's happening.
You know why I encouraged you to refund the PC, yes?
What you described sounds like faulty hardware. At this point nothing can be done via remote diagnosis. It seems to me the point is reached where you would have to seek out professional on site help.
I really cannot tell from over here whether it is a faulty Windows installation, bad BIOS settings, or even defective graphics card / RAM. It just sounds really bad.
