Character animation frozen on attack

This is a really weird bug. Sometimes, when a character (player/ally or enemy) uses a an attack animation in or out of combat, they freeze mid-animation, as does everything else. This happens with turn-based on or off. I can pan the screen around and access some menus, but not the esc menu, nor can I switch characters. I've tried on unmodded games and this doesn't happen, but I have no idea what mod/conflict could be causing this.

Here for example, attacking the owlbear with EB, combat freeezes mid-EB. This happens every time, no matter what the party order of attack is: https://gyazo.com/50479ca8e3a4e20902f818b6077891d7

i've just deel with it out kinda, at least it end my troubles, houp so, so in my case, it was because of reaction action, dialog window wanna shows up, but it never happend, so i unmark use of it and, things like fire magic(fire dragon sorceress) start working normaly again, i think it wil be the same with counterspell, houpfuly

also i remember how astarion baging, i think it has same roots. like reliable talent or sort of, or passive ability from mind flayer skill tree, about first strike, also like few 100% damage from morgenshtern
