Dryad of Love isn't going to correct Romanced Characters.

I'm currently doing a save as a Dragonborn Rogue Dark Urge on a (mostly) evil run. I have Minthara as my romanced companion for this run.
I did the celebration with her in Act 1 after killing the Teiflings/Druids in the Grove and rescued her from Moonrise. I did further romance options with her after Moonrise but before Wyrms Crossing.

However; upon going to the Dryad of Love at the carnival, selecting Minthara, and going through all of it with her, at the end of it; the game registered that I had just done this with Shadowheart - from giving Inspiration to having Minthara scolding my character for it.

I loaded my last save and tried again, but still it was registering as having been done with Shadowheart.
I loaded again and this time deliberately picked Shadowheart, and for some reason it passed itself onto Lae'zel.

If it helps; my other save which is a Teifling Druid on a good save; the Dryad worked worked when performed with Karlach, but this was done maybe three or four weeks prior to trying it on an evil save with Minthara.

Has the Dryad bugged out in this time? Has anyone else also had this problem, and if so; with the same or different characters?
