Bugged "unwanted masterwork gauntlets"

These gauntlets found in the infernal forge in act three should when equipped +1 to attack however they actually -1 to my Tav....is this deliberate? It would explain the unwanted part haha how ever feels more like a small coding error.... If anyone else has them and would check I'm not just being a plonker then it would be much appreciated
