Dimension Door falsely claims target is restrained

Check what gear you have on them. Gear that prevents them from being moved against their will, makes them 'restrained'. You can toggle it in the passives without having to remove gear.

I'm getting the same error in the Iron Throne while trying to rescue Duke Ravengard. I used the Help action after Mizora made him kneel, and he no longer shows any status effects--except I can't DD out with him due to the error message.

thanks for the info! that seemed to be the case, turns out it was his boots
