MacOS New Install Resolution larger than screen.
When I start the game, the resolution is larger than the screen and I am unable to go past the ToS. Any help would be helpful.

I'm having the same problem - I can't find a way to modify the resolution to make it fit. I'm running a 2020 13" macbook air.

I was able to find a solution that worked for me (MacBook Pro 2021 running Monterey): Download the EasyRes app from the Apple store (free). Once installed, in the top right menu bar, you can click on the icon for EasyRes and choose a screen resolution. Change the res to 3456 x 2160 (I don’t think the Hz matters but I chose 120). This allows you to see enough of the BG3 game menu to navigate to Video > Resolution and change it back to 1728 x 1117, and change to windowed mode if you’d like. For some reason the default resolution was set to 3456 x 2234 in full screen mode. I hope this helps you all as well, and if you have other solutions I’d love to hear!

EasyRes should help if you don't have a normal list of resolutions. Cause apple hide it in "System Settings | Displays | Advanced | Show resolutions as list"

very user and developer friendly OS :LewdGrumpy:

Thanks Kodier, I was searching for a way to see resolutions on mac (I was only seeing their "scaling" options, none of which were high enough res to see the game window anyway) and the one you suggested didn't show up in my research. I wish it would have been more obvious in the settings menu, would have saved me 3 hours of looking for a solution :steamfacepalm:
