How do I access digital collector items?

Under soundtracks, on the library tab, baldurs gate 3 soundtrack insnt available?

Where do I find all the items for the digital upgrade?

Side note: I purchased game during EA, it upgraded - but the game still promts me to purchase the digital upgrade?

When you install the game using steam, usually the game gets installed with all DLC. You can check that on your Library, on the game there is a setting on the right where you can choose with which DLC a game gets installed with.

If you have the DLC installed, go to the Camp to the chest, inside there is a bag that contains the items.

I have not tried this method, but I will check to see what the items that the chest contains. Thank you. And yes, I have installed the game through steam, I have installed the DLC also

Actually, for soundtrack just make sure under Library at the games page, that you installed the DLC that has the soundtrack in it. In Baldurs Gate 3's case there is the Digital Deluxe DLC.
Then simply on your PC search where the games folder is, usually:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\\Baldurs Gate 3\DigitalDeluxe

As you see there is a folder "DigitalDeluxe" within the games install directory. Which is not only in the case of Baldurs Gate 3 like this. But Angels guide-link showed the same.
