The Githyanki quartermistress A'jak'nir Jeera has nothing to sell.

I just entered the Creche, and the first thing my character (Monk) did was to trade with the quartermistress for the gloves of dexterrity. However, when I entered the trading, there's nothing at her end, and she also has 0 gold. I wonder what happened, do I have to complete some quest to be able to trade ?
