Side quest problems in Last Light Inn

I seem to have caused some issues by going to Isobel (initiating the Marcus battle) before talking to all the other NPCs...

Rolan is back at Last Light, but he only dialogue options involve telling him Cal and Lia died at Moonrise... but I saved all the prisoners before I found him in the shadows (so Cal and Lia weren't ever in Moonrise )

Similarly, ALL the tiefling children disappeared from Last Light after the attack (so I don't have the quest to rescue Mol, can't talk to Mattis, etc.)

Yep, this happened to me but I went back and didn't speak with her. Of course, having avoided that, now I can't re-initiate the Halsin / Thaniel quest as there is some persistent bug there. Boo.

I decided to just forge ahead rather than redoing most of Act 2 – and it seems like I've also run into some kind of bug with Halsin!

My quest log has BOTH "Halsin is grateful for our help..." and "Halsin has left..." lines, which contradict each other (and Halsin is still available in my camp/party)
