[Act 3] [BUG?] [SPOILERS] Duke Ravengard is alive, but he is not...

Hi there!

I dont't get it... why game thinks that Duke Ravengard is dead, while he isn't.

Let me describe some of my steps:
1) I was asked for an audience with Gortash
2) I bypass the Wyrm's Rock fortress for now and went to the Lower City, did there some side quests and fixed Baldurs's mouth Gazette article
3) I went to the Flynn's Cargo and found there a Submarine. But I thought it will force story much forth, so I didn't enter it
4) I came to the Steel Watch Foundry and found out that theese gondians forced to work for Gortash. And they told me that they will rebell if we will save theirs families,
5) Did some exploring, talked with trader from underdark in The Lodge and tried to find Omellum. So I came to the submarine again and decided to try it out
!!! 6) I saved all of the gondians and Omellum too. There was NO Duke in this prison!
7) Came back to the Lower City and went back to the Steel Watch Foundry
8) Saved as much those suicidal gondians as I could
9) Told Wulbren to relax, so he became angry with me and why I didn't kill gondians as he asked, but left without killing anyone, but still wanted his vendetta
!!! 10) Came back to Wyrm's Fortrress to kill Gortash and there was Duke Ravengard standing near Gortash
!!! 11) I used non-lethal passive ability and knoked out the Duke and all others fists
!!! 12) After Gortash was dead I healed Duke to the max HP, threw HP potions in him, tried every spell I had, but he was still knocked out. At least he is alive...
!!! 13) Talked to Mizora and went back to the camp, where she told me that Duke Ravengard IS DEAD! So she can resurrect him if Wyll is going to make an eternal pact with her and Zariel...

So, WTH? Duke WAS ALIVE, only knocked out!

Is that a bug or am I missing something?

Today for the first time I directly killed Gortash (Pretty dissapointed that only took 2 turns) without killing anyone else... Leaving the Duke alive... Mizora appears saying that the Duke is dead... Before going to the camp, I check and the Duke is still alive and still an enemy. After all the nonsense with Mizora at the camp I come back to check the Duke again, but it's gone... Pretty broken this part...

Oh, and I killed Gortash directly because the game tell you to go with Gortash, that if you continue to the lower city, you get the message of changing zones, if I'm sure... I didn't want to lose all the quest from before... and now checking internet, that f**ing message is deceiving!!! you can enter to the city witout losing Gortash performance... Second time that the game screw me like that -.-"
