[Act 1][Bug] Olodan missing from fight bug

So lets say i scared olodan by throwing something on it and they ran away. And when persuada kagha to join the light, the fight with olodan was suppose to happen but it didnt. Plz fix. This also happened in coop mode.

similar thing happened here. I think I casted fog cloud in order to pickpocket Kaghas key without being in line of sight of anyone else in order to open her chest and start the whole quest but that apparently scared the rats away and now upon returning I find that the rats are gone and I can't progress the quest.
